  I'd be quick enough to complain, so it's only fair to speak up when I'm happy with something! We stopped off for a mid-morning snack on Friday 24 February and were served by a lovely blonde lady in the cafe who was cheerful and couldn't have been more helpful. The previous evening we'd had a very disappointing meal out in Bristol and paid a lot of money for it; the contrast was so marked that we wanted to thank the lovely lady at Asda Brynmawr who cheered us up. The tasted tea-cakes were first-rate, too!

  The shelves are never stocked with the most popular food and to top it off they have only got a 1 for food hygiene! Even the local takeaways have a better food hygiene rating, they should be ashamed. I wish I could give them a 0.

  I had a delivery and was told off by the driver because he found it hard to drive down my road, he threw the boxes with shopping on the ground and then watched me struggle with my broken foot to unpack. I complained, the next time they took the money but didn't deliver. When I asked about it the order was rescheduled for the following day with an extra £5 delivery charge. I received a text saying that they were unable to take the money and had cancelled the order, even though they had the payment the day before. I've phoned and complained but they couldn't be bothered to respond. It's a diabolical service. Please use tesco or morrisons. I had to put a star on this, but only so I could post it. They don't deserve 1 star.
